   What makes Pick Your Pack different from pre-built variety packs or multipacks offered elsewhere?

   Unlike pre-made variety packs found elsewhere, Pick Your Pack gives you full control to build a box with only the snacks you and your family love. You choose the exact flavors you want, so there’s no unwanted bags collecting dust in the back of the pantry—just your perfect combination of snacks delivered to your door.

   Why are certain items not able to be added to cart?

   If an item is shown but can't be added to cart, it is likely unavailable or sold out. Select a different item to proceed, and don’t forget to check back later.

   Am I able to order multiple boxes?

   Yes! To order multiple boxes with the same assortment, adjust the box quantity dropdown selector to your desired quantity before adding to your cart. To order multiple boxes with different snack combinations, build each Pick Your Pack box individually and add them to your cart one by one.

   Can I order a custom Pick Your Pack box along with other items on the website?

   Yes! You can place orders on a Pick Your Pack box you’ve built along with other items available for purchase on the site.

   What quantities and combinations am I able to select for my Pick Your Pack box?

   Your Pick Your Pack box includes 24 bags total. Pick the snacks you want and adjust your quantities to reach a minimum of four bags per flavor. You can mix and match as you like! Load up on a few favorites or create a balanced variety. If an item is shown but unable to be added to your box, it is currently unavailable or out of stock.

   I don’t see my favorite product. Why is it not offered?

   We aim to offer a wide variety of sweet and salty snacks, but not every product we make is offered in single-serve sizes. If your favorite snack isn’t listed, please contact us and let us know. We want to know what products you’d like to see offered in the future!

   Will you be introducing additional sizes and flavors in the future?

   We’re always looking for ways to enhance Pick Your Pack! While we don’t have specific timelines just yet, your feedback helps guide what comes next. Please contact us with suggestions for snacks, packaging, or other features you’d like to see.

   How is the box packaged and shipped?

   Your Pick Your Pack box is packed to order based entirely on your unique selections. Plastic bags may be used to fill any empty spaces to ensure no damage occurs in transit. Your order will ship via either FedEx Ground or Expedited, depending on the shipping method you selected at check-out.

   What is the size of the box?

   The box is 7" deep by 11.25” wide by 6.8” tall. The weight will depend on the items you’ve selected. This corrugated cardboard box can go straight from your doorstep to the pantry.

    I am not able to add my Pick Your Pack box to my cart. Why is this?

    If you’re unable to add your Pick Your Pack box to your cart, please check that you have selected exactly 24 bags total, with a minimum of four bags per flavor. Once your box is complete, you’ll be able to add it to your cart and check out.

    I am having technical difficulties. Can someone help me build my Pick Your Pack box?
